PLO becomes BNPPO
Just found out the tournament I used to work for worked out a 5-year deal w/ BNP Paribas, so instead of the Pacific Life Open, it will now be the BNP Paribas Open. According to this article the tourney needed a sponsor with more of an international stature to reflect its own internation status as a tournament (the 5th largest, behind the 4 grand slams!).
