Catch-up Post -- June 15, 2008

Yet another post I never published.

We just got back from our weekend in Winthrop (this really cool old-westy type town) for my birthday as well as a bike race. We stayed in a realllly cozy cabin in Mazama (next town west of Winthrop), which was awesome (except for the fact there was NO JACUZZI since they were undergoing a major remodel of the main hotel)! 

Today was my actual b-day and the most special part of it was when Wes's bike team sang "Happy Birthday" as they passed me during their road race (I was camped out at the feed zone). It brought tears to my eyes! So sweet!! We drove back home via Hwy 20 and stopped off to see dad + the family, then home. Loooong day of driving!
